No prior kettlebell experience is necessary but a growth mindset and willingness to learn is extremely helpful!
Expect hands-on instruction with a max. group size of 8.
Class is held Wednesday and Friday at 4PM on the following dates (12-classes total):
$360+HST per person ($30/class)

Karen (aka Kettlebell Karen) (she/her) is a StrongFirst trained Kettlebell and Bodyweight instructor with a history as a Yoga instructor, and is also an Egoscue Postural Alignment Therapist.
Formerly a Classical Musician, she approaches her instruction with mindfulness for the unique and individual humans who enter her classes!
