Small Group Youth Workout Clubs

We offer after school programs that teach the kids physical skills that enhance body awareness, balance, strength and conditioning. 

We have worked with children who have challenges engaging with exercise at school.

Our goal is to foster a positive relationship with the gym and with exercise. Fitness challenges are predominantly collaborative, a non-competitive environment. 

  • Minimum 4 people
  • 5-week duration with 1-hour sessions
  • $30 pp per session ($150)

Youth Personal Training

We help youth with specific needs which include:

  1. Getting extra help with body awareness and physical literacy,
  2. Obtaining a competitive edge in a sport such as hockey or soccer, and
  3. Learning how to use gym equipment safely.


Training is offered for 1-2 youth for $90/session.

Summer Camps

Dungeons & Dragons After School Program

The brave adventurers embark on an epic dungeons and dragons adventure campaign. Instead of just rolling dice to see if their characters succeed they will be participating in exercises to simulate overcoming challenges. 

Along the way their characters will gain special abilities, magical items and various other rewards for all the hard work they put in.

This after school program runs weekly on Tuesdays or Thursdays starting September and runs through to December.

  • Kids Ages 11-14
  • Maximum 6 kids per group
