Many first-timers start with bodyweight, progress to dumbbells or kettlebells, and graduate to the barbell in only a few sessions.

Health & safety at Recess Fit Club

How we prioritize your well-being.

We’re dedicated to keeping our gym spotless and safe for everyone. Here’s how we do it:

  • Indoor shoes are a must (socks are cool too!) to keep things clean.
  • We’re on top of wiping down all mats and gear right after they’re used.
  • If you’re not feeling great, our easy cancellation policy lets you stay home without stress.
  • Choosing to wear a mask is completely respected here; your peace of mind is our priority.
Never crowded.

Our group fitness classes range from 8-12 people meaning you'll get lots of hands-on attention.

Did you know?

We offer personal training for two people for only $10 more/session.

Work out with your friends.

Semi-private group training means you can train for volleyball season with your best buds.
