Queer Work Out Club

Queer-Led Group Training in Toronto

What is Queer Work Out Club?

What To Expect

Your instructor will lead the group in a workout of the day, starting with a warm-up, detailed instruction of each exercise, and modifications provided for each individual’s comfort and level of ability.

The workouts will evolve based on feedback from the group, but typically includes at least 1 barbell exercise.

Anyone who self-identifies as queer is invited to join the club.
