Queer Work Out Club (QWOC) is a community-driven strength training program led by queer instructors, designed for anybody in the queer community looking for a supportive and inclusive space to lift.
Each 1-hour session includes:

This club is for everybody in the queer community—all genders, orientations, ages, ability levels, personal histories, and family structures are welcome.
If you self-identify as queer, you’re invited to join.
Do I Need Experience?
Some weightlifting experience is required.
No experience? Start with our Queer Lifting Fundamentals course, designed to help you build confidence and get familiar with strength training.

Andi is a queer personal trainer with a passion for making every body feel both cared for & confident. They are fiercely protective of anyone who’s ever been told they don’t belong in the fitness world. (You do.) They will encourage you to be kind to yourself, and will hold space for you so you can come as you are and have a great workout.
A comedian by night, Andi loves to keep a sense of play when training. They have a background in weightlifting, calisthenics, mobility work, & running & adaptive programming for pain, pre & post natal, senior populations, mental health barriers & neurodivergence.
Andi is a CanFitPro-certified Personal Trainer & Pn1 Nutrition Coach.

Nope! As long as you have some familiarity with strength training you're welcome to join in.
A maximum of 10 participants.
You can purchase a 3-class credit pack for $96 +HST. Credits can be used for any available session.
Cancel your reservation at least 6 hours before class to get your credit back. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the credit being forfeited.
Yes! If a session is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you'll be notified automatically.
Everyone on the waitlist will be notified, and booking will be first-come, first-served.
Queer Work Out Club is currently run as a drop-in program, with sessions offered throughout the week.

Credit Packs With No Expiry: Offered in a package of 3 credits ($96 +HST), redeemed when you reserve a spot for any sessions —no need to stick to the same day of the week.
